The majority of my work history has been in the health care industry and I have developed a vast knowledge and experience of communicating a branded message to a targeted audience. Maintaining deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment, I have worked closely with a team of designers and an internal production department to create consistent messaging and layout through brochures, advertisements, direct mail postcards, newsletters and display pieces for patient education, caregiver engagement and to establish a partnership within local communities.
Recently transitioning to the construction industry, I am continuing to learn new ways to promote the benefits of construction management and design to business owners and the community. Adapting to the changing economy has given me a new perspective on advertising and media vehicles, as well as incorporating "Going Green" into all messaging.
Within both industries, operating within a local and system team has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments and staff within a large or small organization. I have been able to position myself as a liaison between our employees and the public, communicating services available and general information in a format and language at a level that the public can understand.
