Merger integration specialist/project manager for IT related functions of the North American operations.  Specific responsibilities during this engagement included the integration of four existing Service Desks with the new parent company’ outsourced service model.  The engagement required the evaluation of current IS support functions, related staffing and support models in order to properly determine the transition scope of the integration activities.  The overall Service Desk integration spanned the client and vendor’s offices in the US, UK, Switzerland, and India
