Responsibilities included litigation, sales and vendor contracts, employment, real estate and corporate records services for nationwide communications subsidiary operating a nationwide fiber optic and CLEC network with annual revenues exceeding $1billion. Handled complex transactions, major contract disputes, corporate governance, compliance, HR, IP, regulatory, bankruptcy and work-outs, SEC and NYSE filings and compliance (10Ks, 10Qs, etc.).
