As a former BETA client of their Virtual Benefits Administration Software (Vbas), Ihave developed close working relationships with BRMS management and staff over the past 7 years in my role as HRIS project manager, partnering with them to implement, upgrade, and enhance their online benefits software program across multiple companies, identify and test system enhancements, and develop best practices and end user training.  Originally brought in as a consultant, I am now working as an employee for BRMS, managing projects and initiatives, conducting data quality analysis, establishing standards, online documentation, protocols, and best practices in support of their online benefits tool and related projects and interfaces.  Additionally, I serve as the key point of contact for health insurance carriers and work to ensure new interfaces are implemented accurately and on time, support ongoing operations related to imports and exports from clients and carriers, and support development of upcoming a major upgrade of their online benefits software.

HRIS Manager - April 2004 to June 2009 Senior HRIS Analyst - May 2002 to April 2004 Managed a staff of HRIS project manager, supervisor, analysts and technician supporting Lawson HR/Benefits Administration, 3rd party online benefits enrollment tool (VBAS), 3rd party leave management system (STARS), online employee communications/policies (Authoria), and Crystal reporting application for centralized corporate functions overseeing programs for approx 45 diverse Sutter Health affiliates. Collaborated with the HRIS Director in strategic planning for the HRIS department and designed, developed and managed related HRIS initiatives. Accomplishments included the following: • Responsible for the HR management and development, training and change management initiatives for Sutter Health corporate employees and it’s 45 affiliated hospitals, • Designed, developed and led the implementation of 3rd party online benefits tool, taking the company from 0% to over 90% with online benefits capability over a 6 year period. Managed HRIS operations, interfaces, upgrades, enhancements, annual and mid-year open enrollment projects, and end user training for this tool. • Led the implementation of 3rd party leave management tool, taking the company from approx10% to over 92% live on this tool in a 3year period – saving the company millions in revenue related to lost work hours and grievance claims.
