IT Project Manager
As a former BETA client of their Virtual Benefits Administration Software (Vbas), Ihave developed close working relationships with BRMS management and staff over the past 7 years in my role as HRIS project manager, partnering with them to implement, upgrade, and enhance their online benefits software program across multiple companies, identify and test system enhancements, and develop best practices and end user training. Originally brought in as a consultant, I am now working as an employee for BRMS, managing projects and initiatives, conducting data quality analysis, establishing standards, online documentation, protocols, and best practices in support of their online benefits tool and related projects and interfaces. Additionally, I serve as the key point of contact for health insurance carriers and work to ensure new interfaces are implemented accurately and on time, support ongoing operations related to imports and exports from clients and carriers, and support development of upcoming a major upgrade of their online benefits software.
