Created integrated portfolio of business process models, IT architecture, performance and value tree analysis, asset utilization, and supply chain optimization for high performance solutions and enabling services.
Executive leader for the $2.1Billion Downstream Oil & Gas Automation and Technology initiative for Chevron Global Manufacturing to become 1st Quartile performers in refinery operations and safety. Technology initiatives centered on blending & shipping, reliability tools, visualization, simulation, optimization, early event detection, and safety systems.
- Established local international operations in Netherlands, Thailand, and Singapore to support project and sustaining services in excess of $10 MM for Dow Chemical, Exxon Mobil, and Chevron.
- Strategy Consultant and Thought Leader for Enterprise Technology and Integration Assessments and ten year migration planning for Chevron’s Global Manufacturing Joint Venture operations in Singapore and Thailand. Findings and recommendations with identified annual benefits of $15-20MM per facility presented to CEO and leadership team of both organizations.
