Manage overall sales orders and revenue for business unit of $53.5 MMin global engineering services, systems integration and operational consulting.

Partnered with Accenture in US and Europe to develop joint offerings in Plant & Asset Solutions for the Energy and Natural Resource industries (chemical, refining, minerals & mining, upstream oil & gas). Created integrated portfolio of business process models, IT architecture, performance and value tree analysis, asset utilization, and supply chain optimization for high performance solutions and enabling services.

Executive leader for the $2.1Billion Downstream Oil & Gas Automation and Technology initiative for Chevron Global Manufacturing to become 1st Quartile performers in refinery operations and safety. Technology initiatives centered on blending & shipping, reliability tools, visualization, simulation, optimization, early event detection, and safety systems.

  • Established local international operations in Netherlands, Thailand, and Singapore to support project and sustaining services in excess of $10 MM for Dow Chemical, Exxon Mobil, and Chevron.
  • Strategy Consultant and Thought Leader for Enterprise Technology and Integration Assessments and ten year migration planning for Chevron’s Global Manufacturing Joint Venture operations in Singapore and Thailand. Managed geographically diverse development teams of 10-25 resources that utilized rapid prototyping and agile programming methods governed by functional specifications, standardized development and integration tools, continuous QA/QC processes, and strategic enterprise application architecture.

·Project Manager for all aspects of the successful transition and merger of the $1 Billion wholesale natural gas business unit with the StatOil acquisition in Virginia including acquisition activities, business process reengineering, and enterprise application development team of 25 resources.

·Lead Architect and project manager for the design and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance modules for the Port Reading, NJ refinery and enhancements to the implementation of our St. Croix, USVI refinery including plant performance metrics and cost reporting. Successfully completed project in nine months from requirements gathering to go-live.

·Global leader for the standardization and implementation of process control, business intelligence, and safety systems for successful startup of production facilities in Indonesia, Thailand, multiple refinery and terminal projects(Port Reading, NJ and St. Croix, USVI), and Hess Microgen Cogeneration Power.

·Rationalized and standardized engineering and manufacturing operations management systems across global organization resulting in annual cost savings of $5 MM.

·Initiated the technology roadmap of integrated enterprise asset management technology with annual cost savings of $10+ MM including implementation of improved reliability and inspection management processes, reduced plant turnaround costs, timely and accurate capture of contract and employee hourly labor, and business intelligence and executive dashboard of operational, environmental, financial, reliability and maintenance data.
