Brooklyn, New York-based real estate entrepreneur Guy Hochman relocated from Israel to the United States when he was 11 years old. He later returned to Israel and served for three years in the Israel Defense Forces. Upon attaining the rank of commander, Guy Hochman trained new military recruits and led a detachment of infantry soldiers on active duty in Lebanon.
Beyond his military background, Mr. Hochman completed an MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has cultivated over a decade of experience in areas ranging from property management to real estate development. As co-owner of Brooklyn North Capital, he has overseen property developments including 16 Bushwick apartment units and a Long Island City hotel with 180 rooms.
Guy Hochman also owns MySpace NYC, a real estate brokerage that provides Brooklyn-exclusive listings and search services for apartment rentals and commercial leases throughout the borough. He has expanded the business to five offices across Brooklyn, with a staff of 125 real estate agents. Active in the local community, Mr. Hochman has engaged MySpace NYC in financial support of hunger relief services run by churches in the Crown Heights neighborhood. He and MySpace NYC also make yearly donations to help fund charitable programs operated by Chabad.
