During his extensive career in construction management, Guy Bennallack has owned and operated over 52 companies, many in the Las Vegas area. Guy Bennallack currently oversees the Power House family of companies, which includes The Original Roofing Company, LLC, The Painting Company, and The Window Company. As CEO of The Original Roofing Company, Guy Bennallack ensures that clients receive superior customer support, and that the organization delivers the highest quality roofing services and products. Bennallack encourages the use of cutting-edge services, such as the Roof Guard Maintenance Program and on-site metal roofing, to stay current with industry trends. Under Guy Bennallack’s direction, The Original Roofing Company has successfully completed high-profile projects such as Bank One Ballpark (now Chase Field) in Phoenix and the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition, The Original Roofing Company has achieved considerable financial success, consistently appearing on the list of the top 100 privately held companies in Las Vegas. Guy Bennallack also serves as CEO of The Painting Company, overseeing the work of over 80 employees, including project managers. Utilizing his expertise in financial management and business development, Bennallack has guided The Painting Company to achieve impressive results, restoring the exteriors of several Las Vegas hotels and public schools for the Clark County School District. Guy Bennallack has met with similar success as the senior executive for The Window Company, which provides its clientele with an array of innovative window products, including highly efficient low-emissivity (Low-E) windows and Neat brand self-cleaning glass. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Guy Bennallack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Two years before his 1984 graduation, Mr. Bennallack headed HBR, LLC, a construction company that has completed over 2,000 residential homes and almost half a million square feet of industry and commercial space.
