  1. Prepare carve out of Ericsson Enterprise with the purpose to sell the unit and present the prospect to potential buyers.
  2. Start up the new company Aastra Telecom Sweden AB.
  3. Manage the transition from Ericsson to a self sustained company and the integration into the Aastra group.

  1. Develop infrastructure with agreements, forecast model and order placement via Internet for new indirect business model.
  2. 3 agreements signed and 6 in process with negotiations with distributors. Estimated net sales 90 MUSD/year.
  3. Definition of product bundles with Product Management Groups.

  1. Increased Inventory Turn Over from 7 to 16 times per year in combination with increased delivery precision to customer from 75 to 95%. Inventory reduction of stock and products under installation from 4600 MSEK to 3100 MSEK including 10 European companies. Re-design of distribution flow to one central point in Europe.
  2. Built up purchasing and supplier development functions.
  3. Manage the change from internal suppliers to external suppliers during outsourcing.
