- Worked as Technical domain expert with hands on experience on Proliant Servers i.e.
ML/DL/BL, Generation 1- 8, HP Blade Servers
- Experienced in handling escalations (functional / organizational).
- Experienced in handling Bridge Calls during the high priority incident recovery
- Experienced in working under high pressure and ensure 100% SLA is met.
- Ensure the Incident Management KPI targets are consistently achieved.
- Actively working as an interface between the customers and the level-II team for
complex technical issues.
- Have worked on issues related to different Operating systems like Windows, Linux and VMware. (For eg. Installation and configuration issues)
- Log analysis and R&D on unresolved issues and provide the best possible resolution.
- Data analysis for process improvement.
- Data scrubbing, maintain process hygiene.
- Report generation based on performance and Process parameters.
- Review of Key Operational Metrics.
- Deep dive into current quality initiatives.
