Have created the LLP - SD idea factory( Brand name - Bright Thoughts) to work on creating new industry practices in the existing industries using both offline and online tools. We have created an App for promotion of movies in India. The app is in the prototype stage.

Joined the old team for one year for a specific job - to change the organizational setup of the entertainment marketing team.  The Idea was to change how the tie ups were approached, to be able to engage more clients and work much more closely with the clients we had existing relationships with. This way we could make movies a bi-annual concept in a calendar year.  Worked with Brands like Pepsi co. ( Pepsi, 7up, Dew, Slice, Lays ), Godrej, Kellogs, Loreal, ICICI Prudential,  Arvind Brands, Yamaha etc

Created a new software for evaluation of In Film Placement being done by Brands in movies. The tool help a brand to assign quantitative value to the movie and the placement offered in it. Using these inputs it also arrives at the cost that should be paid for a particular placement. It moreover offers a standard procedure for doing risk free deals with production houses.

Manager - Entertainment Marketing

GroupM is the biggest media agency group in India and has a specialist division called ESP - Entertainment Sports and Partnerships. I worked with ESP to provide GroupM clients entertainment linked solutions for their Brands. The idea is to use non traditional media to help a brand reach its target audience and if possible, help increase sales.

The job required me to head the project and co-ordinate with the creative teams  for the campaign ( both offline and online) and work with the media planning team for release of the campaign. This had to be done while taking care of both the Brand and the production house interest.

Hungama is a leader in mobile content aggregation and owns the leading Bollywood content website - I was responsible for acquiring content for mobile and doing tie up'swith production houses for the promotion of their movies on the website.

MMS from IIPS, DAVV is a special course designed by Late Dr. R D Agarwal. This is a unique 5 year course where a student is taken in after 10+2 and is given education in general management for the first three years. The Last two are the years of specialization. Dr. Agarwal believed in catching them young and making them blossom as effective managers.
