Worked on a voluntary basis at the University of Sheffield's late night call center.   Working as a Cashier at Home Bargains as well as a part time sales assistant at Bargain booze it was essential for me to communicate with customers on a daily basis. It was important  to use and implement the right methods of  communication to better understand the customers wants and needs.

 Helped to organize a charity run for the under privileged  during my time at the univerity of Sheffield.

I have always had a passion for makeup and beauty for as long as I can remember. I have also done makeup on a wedding brides in Kenya and this has given me the drive and motivation to take my experience a step further as well as implement what i learned during my course at the AOFM school of make up in London.

  •  Prime responsibility was to describe the product or service feature, its usage, showing its model variations in terms of functionalities and designing. To be done in a manner that the customer can choose the best option for themselves. 
  •  Responsible for carrying out financial transaction such as payment from credit card or cheques, processing discounts or coupons,  opening or closing of cash registers, accountability of receipts and handling returned item as well.
  • Taking daily inventory and stocks, preparing hoard displays and arrangements related with deliveries.
  •  Discussing warranties, replacement schemes and other product related features and facilities.
  • Having special knowledge and skills related with a product. As well as having to memorize the location of the different products.
  •  Communicating with customers and being patient when dealing with any frustrated appeasing customer.
  •  keeping a track of permanent customers and contact information. And for any new offer or discount, or any new products arrived in the store, responsible for inviting that customer, through phone or email. In this way maximizing the sales of the store.
  •  providing customers with expected time of delivery and make sure the item to be delivered on time, to attain the goodwill and faith of the customer.
  • Changing the displays as per seasonal trends.
  •  making sure that the pricing is correct.

  • Calculating the total amount of money transacted for the day
