Promoted to provide project management for the entire company and their clients within a year of being hired to project manage one single client. Previously selected to provide planning, scheduling and resourcing for 100+ deliverable's spanning over the course of a year and culminating to an annual conference that boasted 3, 000 plus attendees in 2013. Through strategic marketing efforts the conference boasted 4, 000 plus attendees in 2015 and implemented, for the first time, a virtual conference opportunity.

  • Created and maintained schedules for a creative team of 12, while servicing five Account Leaders.
  • Reduced agency costs by developing additional skills to aid teammates in other areas of the business(digital project management, adapting software to organize and streamline processes, learning basic html and expanding CMS knowledge across multiple platforms).

Contracted for 4 months to provide project coordination for a high volume architectural roll-out client. Quickly expanding the role from servicing a single client, to servicing a Senior Account Manager on an entire portfolio of clients (T-mobile, Nike, Disney, AT&T, etc...) Due to success within the role the contract was extended for an additional month.

  • Provided project coordination and administrative support to senior account team.
  • Alleviated strains on the Senior Account Manager and the company by developing trust based relationships with day-to-day client contacts and ensuring all needs were met.

Heathers Hope Diabetes Foundation

2010 – Present (5 years) Health

Heather’s Hope is a non-profit group formed in 2010 by friends and family of Heather James. Heather was a beautiful young woman with an infectious laugh and limitless hopes and dreams. Heather, a 2003 WHS graduate, died in 2008 at age 23 from complications with type 1 diabetes. It is through Heather’s Hope that her zest for life and her need to help others lives on.

River of Hope Ranch
