MOM's concessions company is in charge of the Food & Beverage contracts for major music festivals across the country, including everything from All Points West, Dave Matthews Band Caravan and Country Jam. As a manager of MOMs concessions, I successfully operated hiring, payroll, cash control, customer services, health and safety code compliance, and day-to-day operations.

The establishment is frequented by high profile customers and has the reputation as one of the best restaurants on the island. Fulfilling requirements include strong communication and interaction skills and the ability to sell featured items. This restaurant is owned by the Sonnenalp Hotel & Golf Club. They set high quality standards for their member and guest service and rigorously train their employees. Anticipating member and guest needs is one daily priority at Balata. Aside from bar leading and training, I also helped create and implement events such as functions, meetings, and weddings.
