Teacher
Mount Marty College RCF Big House
Work study) I was privileged enough to have the opportunity to be a lab assistant within the Mount Marty nursing lab to the Sophomore, and Junior nursing students. During this experience I was able to learn through teaching underclassman. This opportunity helped me grow as a nursing student, and aided me in retaining essential assessment skills learned during sophomore year to create a very well rounded nurse. I was able to help underclassman write care plans, research papers, assessment skills and study skills. I also helped organize the lab, set up labs for instructors, and keep inventory of all needed supplies within the lab.
