Cloud Management Tier II Engineer
Duties include configuration and administration of EM7. Such as custom alerting, adhoc ticket creation, account administration, backups, inventory, dashboard creation, organization on-boarding, access keys manipulation and custom report scheduling.
Also performing as Change Manager; who's duties include the facilitation of all meetings. Including Technical Review, Change Advisory Board meetings as well as manage the Change Deployment Window. Providing detailed reports to our clients that provide implementation suggestions as well as trend analysis. I play a key role in on-boarding new clients as well as provide detailed training, documents and advising on how to maximize using EM7 for their needs.
