  • Created a semi-automated tool in Frost & Sullivan, an Excel file coded using VBA that contains all the information about the lead management
  • It has reduced the manual work of the Team members for searching information about managing leads in various excel file and thus making the user to look at the necessary information at one-stop place.
  • It has been implemented and gone live in the process.
  • Implemented the concept of File Sharing in the local server and making the team to work in one same file and thus making it easy for the Team Leaders to consolidate and prepare the report of the same.
