- Organize and develop procedures, specifications, priorities, and schedules for daily, project, and seasonal work for individual employees, work, crews, departments, and outsourced services.

- Manage multiple commercial properties, a school district, multiple high rise office buildings located in downtown St. Louis and many other smaller projects that need direction and overseeing.
