Handle a high volume of files. Required to update client systems ( mentioned above) and update other firms via email and phone. Pulled bids and various documents and required information pertaining to each case to ensure a smooth transaction. Notarize sale reports, assisted with mailing notices, affidavits, dismissals, etc, prepare and file bankruptcy documents, and assist attorney with issues as they arise during the scheduled sales times. As an Evictions SpecialistI had many duties that included opening new referrals and closing ( Billing) files when Eviction was completed, document preparation (Motions, Notices and Orders), scheduling trials and hearing for the evictions attorney, scheduling lockouts with the county Sheriff's department, updating clients via E-Mail and Client Systems (mentioned above), and preparing exhibits for trials and hearings. In addition I worked with the Home Owners, tenants, and realtors to ensure a smooth evictions transaction. I was the only one working on this department with a high volume of files. I handled the Evictions for Fairfax County, Prince William County, Arlington County and Loudoun County. This Position required great organization, and communication skills.
