I have been teaching ESL in Minneapolis for over two years and am skilled at working with  students from diverse backgrounds. I recognize, honor and incorporate the personal abilities of my students into the classroom. I believe that learning is a dynamic and interactive process and use the growth mindset to motivate learners. I thoroughly enjoy working with my students, their families, and collaborating with content teachers.
