I have been teaching ESL in Minneapolis for over two years and am skilled at working with  students from diverse backgrounds. I believe that learning is a dynamic and interactive process and use the growth mindset to motivate learners. Both in my undergraduate degree and graduate program, I have been taught how to create a culturally responsive classroom that ensure quality classroom instruction for all learners.
