Attend and actively participate in weekly management meetings, biweekly medical assistant meetings and coordinate monthly reception meetings. Observe reception interaction with patients and coach as needed. Audit multiple reports including phone call statistics, amount of patients checking in and insurance reports. Listen to patient feedback and address accordingly. Voluntarily provide extra reception coverage and consistently work long hours to ensure standards are met. Encourage feedback from staff and support a team atmosphere.

When front desk reception, efficiently check in between 60 and 80 patients per day, the highest among the reception team. Successfully balance being a patient advocate while meeting medical assistant and provider needs. Accurately input and verify all insurance information. Thoroughly train new reception team members and be available for questions. Lead a team morale committee to help bridge the gap between back office and front office.
