- Greeted arriving guests and provided estimated wait times.
- Scheduled reservations over the phone and in person.
- Maintained host book, including schedules, reservations and duties. Escorted guests to their selected tables, provided menus and drinks.
- Thanked guests as they departed and asked for their return.
- Count money in the till before and after my shift Enter transactions in the cash register and provide customers with the total bill, authorizing credit/debit cards, cash, or gift cards.
- Closing my till at the end of the shift and making the PM deposit.
