Responsible of the Regional Activities of Amanco ( largest Plastic Pipe Producer in Latin America) which includes Operation/Manufacturing, Logistics, Marketing,Human Resources, Finance and Commercial supervising10 Directors, 14 Manufacturing plants, 15 regional offices with aprox. 3500 Employees and responsible for the regional P&L. Successfully lead the integration and consolidation of a new company within the operations increasing the EBITDA by 40% in a period of six months.

 Lead successfully the sale of fixed assets totaling 50 million usd during the Venezuelan currency crisis in 2005. 

Developed a credit program were the credit risk was shared with the Financial Institutions resulting in increasing sales and reducing the company credit risk

Lead the successful  negotiations with a Syndicate Asian Bank Group in restructuring a 450 million dollars loan that allowed a Petrochemical project to finish on time saving the delay costs and not interrupting the market of PE.

Global Executive with deep knowledge, experience in the Industrial Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Agriculture sectors with proven results in the Financial Function having managed that function in several countries in Latin America, USA and Asia for 24 years (22 with Dow Chemical and 2 yrs with Mexichem) In Addition to the Regional CFO for North Latin America also responsible in managing a Portfolio Investment of 200 million Usd in Sovereign Bonds and currencies in Latin America . I have been direct responsible of the finance function during two financial crisis ( Dow Mexico during 1994-95 and Dow Thailand during 1998).In Dow managing the Regional Financial Function(CFO) the average annual savings thru cost control, consolidation among countries and functions and the development of financing programs were between 8% to 10% of the annual sales. In Mexichem as a co-responsible for M&A activities were on average the purchase of 8 companies were on average 80% of the expected purchased price and the consequent consolidation of the activities also resulted in a significant savings which a positive impact the final purchase price and future EBITDA. As General Manager increased the Regional EBITDA by 40% in a six month period
