Assistant Manager

Playhouse Theatre Company: Stephens College

  • Utilized time management skills by working up to 40 hours a week while maintaining current GPA with 20 hours of weekly classes
  • Designed and implemented a new scheduling system while training new employees
  • Using Microsoft Excel©, established a new financial record keeping system, that is used by the manager to this day, for all scheduled performances in 2006 through 2008
  • Assisted in the organization and implementation of publicity campaign including advertisements, promotions, and on-campus marketing to increase ticket sales among community members

INT: Media Director

St. Louis Jewish Community Center: Camp Sabra

  • Responsible for the daily management of the member-only Camp Sabra website including the taking, editing, and organizing of photographs, creating drafts, writing articles, and posting daily newsletters.
  • Organized and monitored staff purchasing, in turn developing a budget analysis to reduce cash outflow throughout the season
  • Assisted the marketing and website design personnel in maintaining back up files of photographs and newsletters
  • Improved managerial skills by directly supervising three employees: relied on motivational and internal reward techniques to encourage quality job performance and boost morale

e-Communications Coordinator

Stephens College

  • Work alongside Webmaster in efforts to develop new web designs and update forms, catalogs, files, and other documents needing to be made web friendly through use of Dreamweaver design tools
  • Responsible for maintaining online marketing campaigns through website changes and social networking sites, including creating user friendly reports in response to these campaigns through Google Adword© and Google Analytics© systems.
  • Educate fellow staff members on topics that describe and/or are related to the benefits and uses of online based marketing tactics.

Administrative Assistant

  • Campaign Director for “Just One” Alumni outreach project: development, organization, tracking, and future progress and goals planning. 
  • Act as first-line communicator for office phones and walk-in visitors. Basic customer service must be provided to any current and prospective students and the general public by using available resources
  • Organize and track all prospective student functions in conjunction with recruitment team by managing student database and maintaining applicant files both online and in house. Additionally, organize and maintain all course schedules, faculty contracts/files, and all office management needs.
  • Complete office duties (coordinate all mailing processes, train and supervise student workers, keep inventory, communicate as the marketing liaison) efficiently and effectively

Administrative Coordinator

Washington University School of Medicine

  • Assists in the organization & submission of grants by maintaining grant guidelines, collecting documentation, creating appropriate content deadlines, and communicating with collaborating members
  • Assists in the planning and execution of the physicians’ medical practice and laboratory start up, including the organization and preparation for hiring of new employees and patient outreach
