Responsible for the supervision and scheduling, and evaluation of full time staff.  Duties include:  Facility and building management, Adult, Children's, and Teen programs and reference work, circulation, programming, monthly statistics, collection management, weeding, school outreach, partnerships, community relations and grant writing.

Young Adult Librarian - Created programming and educational opportunities to help middle and high school students develop and maintain Information Literacy skills. I used creative, progressive program technology and media to help students learn how to use the internet, differentiate source material, develop problem solving and critical thinking skills.
