·Heading the Sales & Marketing department for the recently opened 4* property in Baddi.
·Responsible for the Revenue targets for the entire hotel, including Room Revenue, F&B Revenue and MOD Revenue.
·Developing market segmentation and brand positioning strategies.
·Conducting market survey and competition analysis for developing tactical as well as strategic marketing & advertising plan.
·Designing and implementing the Marketing Plan including Advertising, Sales Promotions, Cross promotional tie-ups with other leading brands and retail stores, tie-up with leading Event Management companies, designing an F&B Events Calendar and so on.
·Developing a client base of corporates and travel agents.
·Recruiting, training and managing the sales team.
·Developing the standard operating procedures for the department.
