we cause an effect

As a fervent believer in the "stakeholder" business model - which is accelerating at exponential speed and will soon become "normal operating procedure" - I founded causology to “lead by example" and "be the change" in an effort to play a pivotal role in the "Conscious Capitalism" movement.

To do this, we partner with forward thinking and socially responsible companies - and causes - to collaboratively design and develop compelling and innovative product offerings that integrate and support their overall business goals and strategic marketing objectives to proactively add value, differentiate their brands, amplify and drive profitable sales, increase margins and build market share while generating unprecedented consumer demand, loyalty and satisfaction.

  Selected Accomplishments:

  • Michael J. Fox Foundation - at the request of Tracey Polan we worked with her daughers to design and handmake 600+ bracelets from the 3000 magazine beads purchased from a Guadamalen Womens Cooperative featured in Teen Vogue selling out before being featured on the site generating over $12,000 for the foundation
  • Komen Teens for the Cure - pitched fundraising concept to engage teens to make and sell jewelry at their signature Tickled Pink Event held annually at Diane Von Furstenberg Studio - rolled out concept to an additional 30+ cause's generating over $150,000 to date
  • Stand Up to Cancer - collaborated with Executive Leadership Committee to develop and manufacture signature SU2C items as well as develop long term strategic alliances in support of the movement
  • Brighter Futures Project – conceived, initiated and executed initiative to educate, empower and enable teen orphans to become self-sufficient and self-reliant women. Secured Mary Louise Parker as fan. Expanded mission to encompasses impoverished and disadvantaged girls around the world
