Project Manager International


Work directly with key executives to determine core requirements/scope for on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions for multifaceted projects. Authored and designed website ( with 262 downloadable templates as client resource for practical and effective Project Management Office (PMO) practices and tools. Program Manager


Launched program for Web 2.0 software integration, managing the software lifecycle (Agile process) from customer needs identification through testing, data warehousing, release and support. Project Manager - Validation Engineer


Currently engaged in validating equipment and software projects for pharmaceutical companies to ensure compliance with FDA requirements and GMP practices. Charged with delivering of systems optimization, and process consistency. Key Achievements:

  • Wrote and executed validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for Computers, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) , code review software, and utility equipment (Oven/Conveyors, Autoclaves, WFI, Fermentors and Sterilizers) ensuring their accuracy and reliability for their intended use.
  • Verified accuracy of engineering drawings for architectural finishes involving air quality resulting in successful facility operational start-up.
  • Developed documented instructions, standard operating procedures (SOP's), and methods that defined and controlled various  equipments for products production and sites processes assuring satisfactory FDA inspections.
2007 - 2008

Project Manager


Brought on board to resolve challenging problems within a stalled, multifaceted major migration project. Led schedule development, risk management, resource allocation, budgets, and a cross-functional team located across the U.S. for delivery of a system serving 18,500 auto insurance users.

Key Achievements:

•Analyzed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), roadblocks and issues, ultimately dividing this effort into two projects to simplify and streamline the structure.

•Redefined project scope and objectives, wrote business cases, and selected key stakeholders.

•Substantially reduced project cost by 27%, delivering results ahead of schedule and with fewer users without sacrificing quality.
