Dr. Williams has over 20 years experience as a faculty member, instructional designer, eLearning developer, director and consultant serving organizations in education, federal government, and the private sector. He has designed, developed and taught online and in-person courses at University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Towson University, University of Phoenix, State University of New York, and the U.S. Army. He currently serves as the Director of UMBC’s graduate program in Instructional Systems Development, and also teaches online in the program, holding the faculty rank of a Clinical Assistant Professor. He also hold the rank of Affiliate Assisant Professor with the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Pharmacy. Dr. Williams completed his B.A, M.S. and C.A.S. at The State University of New York. He completed his Ed.D. at The George Washington University.
