  • Responsible for editorial content on, NCR’s B2B web site. Ensures content is up-to-date, searchable and easy to use. Edits home page content updates and product news. Responsible for content guidelines for content editors. Expert on content management system use. Works with web developers to create and test new publishing capabilities.
  • Served as project manager for complete relaunch of NCR's corporate website. Coordinated the interactive design agency, marketing team and web developers in creating a site strategy, creative design, information architecture, navigation system, content guidelines and publishing templates. Led content team in publishing 600+ web pages. This complex project required excellent problem-solving skills, organization and leadership. New site usage increased approximately 25 percent. 
  • Migrated content from five NCR subsidiaries onto the main corporate site. Coordinated the shut-down of the subsidiary sites and redirection of traffic to
  • Created an SEO program to boost search engine rankings and referrals for NCR self-service products. Visits originating from search engines increased 8 percent.
  • Launched NCR's first external web video content.  Created a publishing process for video content.  Designed user interface for videos on Set up and maintained a YouTube channel for NCR product demos.
  • Led web globalization project for NCR's external web site. Resulted in 300+ product pages published in six languages. Coordinated team of translators, content editors, reviewers and web developers.
  • Improved the quality of NCR’s corporate intranet. Created a recognition program to encourage site owners to follow information quality guidelines, usability best-practices and implement the corporate intranet template. Started an intranet community of practice which met monthly in virtual conferences to keep up interest in following best practices. In the program’s first year, 40 sites out of 62 intranet sites received site recognition awards.
  • Relaunched P&G corporate web site. Updated P&G’s online identity and simplified site navigation.
