As one of the initial hires in my current position, I have changed the way marketing was done at a local level for our online site and local events. Through optimization of online content and the introduction of blogging and social media tactics, we have increased our client count, unique visitors, online searches and conversions from viewer to applicant.  We have introduced community service initiatives and offline promotions to increase online conversion. Through increased tracking tools and analytics, we have empowered our success rate for our advertisers.

Rock For Hunger. Serving 2nd term on the Board of Directors as VP for Orlando based nonprofit, Rock For Hunger. Rock For Hunger helps homeless and poverty stricken individuals escape that lifestyle through feedings, educational opportunities and housing initiatives. I have helped to initiate a job-training program that has helped 4 individuals land job opportunities and improve their living conditions thus far. I have organized two large-scale events, Rock For Hunger Fest 2 and 3, with great financial and brand awareness gains.http://blog.rockforhunger.orgdoterati. Founding member and Director of Marketing on the initial Board of Directors for the Central Florida Interactive Marketing Association. The group aims to gather interactive marketers, designers, developers and other interactive professionals in order to educate and network in the Central Florida community. As the Director of Marketing, I have developed site content, handled site architecture, initiated live event marketing and driven brand awareness. In less than six months, we have over 300 members and have attracted attention from large conglomerates to mom and pop design shops.
