Summary

My experience ranges over 10 years from managing large to small technical projects. The projects have ranged from Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), infrastructure, enterprise and desktop software, server and network hardware, security and web. The industry experience in the last few years has been mostly in the financial fields (Wells Fargo, PMI and Schwab), but also in high-tech (Polycom and Silicon Energy) and Biotech (Avigen). Starting out over 10 years ago at the desktop support area and demonstrating both a hands-on knowledge of systems and project management, over the last several years, through larger and larger project management jobs and training, have been successful at all the projects undertaken.

Managed the 3rd party implementations into the Greenfield project; this project is a complete remake of the Schwab.com website into .net along with many look-and-feel changes. Brought to identify scope of 3rd party for gap, impact and manage to successful implementation.
