A graduate of Western Michigan University, Gregory Gladhill has shown a strong enthusiasm and capability for civil service in his work with the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Currently serving as a Supervisory Auditor in the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General (OIG), Gregory Gladhill brings a wide range of skills to his position and consistently demonstrates his ability to manage complex assignments. Prior to becoming Supervisory Auditor, Gregory Gladhill held the position of Senior Auditor within the VA. In his current role, Gregory Gladhill holds a number of responsibilities critical to the functional operation of the OIG. Gregory Gladhill is primarily responsible for developing the office’s audit programs and determining their objectives and overall scale. Besides serving as the chief architect of audit programs, Gregory Gladhill is also responsible for a number of administrative responsibilities. In his supervisory position, Gregory Gladhill monitors work progress, oversees employee attendance, and manages new employee training, among a variety of other tasks. While at Western Michigan University, Gregory Gladhill earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. A hard-working student, Gregory Gladhill maintained a strong GPA during his studies. Prior to enrolling at Western Michigan University, Gregory Gladhill studied at both Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Eastern Michigan University. In addition to his formal training, Gregory Gladhill has taken a number of professional development courses, including auditing classes through the Inspector General Auditor Training Institute. In his spare time, Gregory Gladhill enjoys riding his motorcycle, swimming, hiking, and working out. Gladhill currently resides in Valencia, California.
