Gregory Elinsky is the cofounder of Keane Advisors, LLC, a financial services firm focusing on investments in small and medium businesses. Located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Keane Advisors targets midmarket companies with solid operational platforms or unique products or services. Mr. Elinsky also considers businesses under financial duress that meet the original qualifications of their standard investment models. Gregory Elinsky founded Keane Advisors with General John M. Keane, a former Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army. General Keane has served on the boards of General Dynamics and MetLife, Inc., and has worked as a National Security Analyst for ABC News. Before founding Keane Advisors, Gregory Elinsky worked for Goldman Sachs in its Private Client Services Division and at Merrill Lynch, where he founded the Wealth Strategies Group. Mr. Elinsky managed $4.4 billion in client assets at Goldman Sachs, and $2.5 billion at Merrill Lynch. Through his work with these companies, he developed expertise in asset allocation modeling, risk management for individual stock purchases, and using options and derivatives as hedges. For business owners and key executives, Gregory Elinsky serves as an advisor on employee stock ownership plans, helping to maximize tax-deferred retirement plans that allow employees to participate in the financial success of the company. Additionally, Mr. Elinsky provides investment banking, private placement, and debt financing services for institutional investors, such as banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, and foundations.Gregory Elinsky earned his B.S. and M.B.A. at Pennsylvania State University, where he excelled as a wrestler. A four-time All-American wrestler, Mr. Elinsky was the National Champion at 74 kilograms in 1992. He represented the United States as an Olympic Team Member in 1992 and was champion in his weight category at the Pan American Games. Gregory Elinsky now volunteers as a Trainer and Manager for USA Wrestling, the national governing body for the sport in America.
