In a very short period I have managed to work my way up from a part time delivery driver to store manager in a very rigorous, fast paced environment. In addition to being the number one sales producer in the store, I am accountable for payroll, business analytics, recruiting, coaching, team development, safety awareness, customer retention, fleet management and complete P&L management. In this time period I have held the positions of Lead Driver, Sales Counter Associate, Assistant Store Manager, and my current title of Store Manager.
