About Greg Oldham Kenosha Wisconsin

As president of GK Homes, Inc., in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Greg Oldham guides clients through the processes of buying and selling property. He focuses on assisting homeowners in difficult situations, including those with challenging credit and those who are at risk of losing their homes. Adept at handling foreclosure refinancing and avoidance in addition to debt renegotiation, Mr. Oldham and his team can facilitate purchase directly from a seller as well.

Also a lighting representative with LED industries, in which role he coordinates projects across a three-state area, Greg Oldham previously served as an energy-efficient-lighting sales professional with MPI in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has built on experience in the insurance and financial services industries as well, being former owner-operator of Kenosha insurance agency Oldham and Associates. Supported as well by early career experience as Midwest regional manager for the college fund division of UICI in Georgia, he also served as general manager of Spokane Solar. He draws on formal education in finance through the American College of Financial Services in Pennsylvania.

As for community involvement, he is a bishop in the LDS church and was president of the church’s mission program in the Milwaukee area. In that capacity, he supervised some 50 missionaries.
