Miradia is a fabless semiconductor company focused on MEMS technology with the first all silicon micro mirror array for the Projection Display market. Recruited entire senior staff, revamped engineering team, reformatted product line, and achieved top tier customer design wins. Additionally, we raised Series B and C rounds of financing with significant valuation increases from some of the most influential partnerships in Silicon Valley. Finally, I negotiated the acquisition of Miradia by Touch Micro-Systems Technology, a subsidiary of Walsin Lihwa Corporation.

Provided thin film optically variable pigment (OVP) used in the Currency and Brand Protection markets. Created a new strategy which significantly increased sales. Established OVP as a leading counterfeit protection on all major world currencies and successfully launched new products in the Brand Protection market.

Internet based vertical portal serving the Electronic Components industry. Revenue stream came from advertising and brokered sales. Created Distributor Inventory Search which is still in use today by industry leaders. Negotiated acquisition of ESource by an Electronics Distributor and online components broker.
