Logistics / Warehouse / Overseas Races (Military) / Aid Station Supervisor

  • 50,000+ participants
  • Worked on numerous projects for six months (Sept-Feb) for the new start area and course change for the 2011 BolderBOULDER
  • Met one-on-one with over 250 business owners talking about the course change and building community relationships
  • Measured and mapped out entire new start area, surrounding areas and course changes for race logistics (1.25 miles)
  • Met and talked with homeowners, and businesses, along the course for all mile/kilometer towers, porta-john placements and aid station locations
  • Worked with WaterMonster™ to implement a new water distribution system to the race
  • In charge of stateside logistics, working with the Air Force and Department of Defense, for the BolderBOULDER Overseas Race(s) at eight military bases around the world
  • Worked with TV sponsor (7News, Denver) for their story about the BolderBOULDER Overseas Race
  • Worked on logistics for all aspects of the event (pre/post event, race day, expos, race store)
  • Inventoried and reorganized race warehouse
  • Created new database, complete with product details and photos, of race warehouse
