Harlands Group work with over 1,800 leisure sites in the UK providing Direct Debit (DD) collection services and credit control and process the largest number of DDs in the leisure industry by a considerable margin – over 1.7million transaction per month.
•Manage and lead of team of account managers and account executives to drive client engagement standards to the 800+ managed accounts
•Develop and deliver more robust business processes and procedures moving towards self-service and automation of tasks.
•Engage with key stakeholders of business/board and client to develop product and system changes
•Provide analysis on business metrics to drive profitability to business, and client.
•Negotiation and renegotiation process of client contracts
• Work with an in house contact centre of 100 heads to supply a UK based solution for clients needs
