Seven years coordinating and managing the general operation of busy restaurant and bar located right next to Pacific University in downtown Forest Grove.
- Responsible for day to day management and operations of the business, including inventory management, business presentation, product selection, and distribution.
- Supervise duties and responsibilities of employees, and facilitate on-going development and training in a supportive learning environment.
- Responsible for financial management including, cash-handling and other consumer transactions, as well as daily cash audits, accounting, and deposits.
- Extensive customer service experience including mitigating and resolving issues, as well as providing knowledgeable and experience-based service to customers.
