I am responsible that the retail store, it’s staff and customer service are in line with the highest of standards. Building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers is key with some further important elements of the role listed below:
- Operational planning
- Strategic marketing
- Hiring, training, mentoring and appraising
- Analysis of quarterly/ annual figures
- Target setting
- After sales service
- Money handling procedures
I am very proud to say that having started 3 years ago in a managerial capacity, the agency has seen an increase of …..% in commission and a ….% growth on the bottom line.
