  • Advised on the Program design in the area of Criminal Justice and Anti-Corruption Reforms in Ukraine, developed Theory of Change of the Program;
  • Developed M&E framework for the two Sub-Grant Components of the Program;
  • Carried regular performance monitoring of the Program;
  • Established Program performance indicators, based on the OECD and USAID guidelines;
  • Managed Program implementation on the daily basis;
  • Coordinated and reported on the Program performance internally and to the donor (INL, U.S. State Department);
  • Regularly monitored developments in Ukraine of potential implications to the Program, advised on the required program adjustments;
