Senior (3rd Level) Computer and Digital X-Ray Systems Technician

Dent-X Canada (Toronto, Canada)
  • Despite my emigration to UK, I still maintain a strong relationship with Dent-X, (and an open contract for continued remote employment if necessary)
  • Providing hundreds of dental offices across 6 different time zones with tech support, as well as our sales team and front office staff
  • Worked my way up from Junior (1st Level) to Senior (3rd Level) Technician
  • Service calls which could not be resolved by 1st or 2nd level Technicians would be escalated to me
  • Trained new technicians
  • Hard drive data recovery via Linux ddrescue
  • Windows Image Deployment (WIM) via command prompt
