Sales and leadership experience from 10 years as a sales representative and 11 years from management positions. Core competence is to make the sales act work and get people engaged. 

I have experience from international companies and most recently from a Danish company with international reach.I have worked as the CEO for a venture capital funded company and I have experience in satisfying the different expectations that are among the shareholders, the employees, the customers and the founder.

As a sales manager I have experience in conducting business across different cultures and different geographies. I have worked out of Denmark with sales and business development in fast growing businesses, primarily in the Nordics but also in the USA. 

I have managed a team of 25 professionals that were located in the Nordics, France, Spain, Italy and Germany. This has taught me the strengths of a diverse team and what it can achieve.

I have several years of experience with briefings and negotiations in English at executive level with customers and business partners. This kind of communication has been instrumental for winning major deals and establishing new valuable business relations. I have obtained practical people management skills through a merger of two companies where I was the transition manager with special focus on HR and the combined business opportunity. Further, I have been the driving force behind an internal organizational development project across different departments.

I am looking for a position as CEO for a small IT company or as Sales director in a larger IT company.

I have advised start-up companies as well as more established companies in their routes to market, possible revenue models and new value propositions to increase competitiveness. 

I have worked as the interim CEO for a software company that were about to expand its business opportunity.

These business development tasks have given me additional capabilities for a future operational executive position.
