At Bank Of America I started as a sell and service rep meaning I opened accts and did maintance on acct as well. 1 year after working with BOA I became a TOS (teller operation specailist) still working with the customers and acct maintance as well as dailey banking operations asureing that audits on all teller drawers were completed in a timely manner this was including the vault as well. I also helped acting Manager with dailey paper work,making sure that all required paper work was completed on a dailey bases. set all schdules for employees working at this banking center when shift were short due to a call in I would make sure that banking center had coveage of this person.
At Us Bank all the same in dutys the only differents was I had 7 tellers under my supervision
