Jr. Financial Analyst
I am a consultant for a Project Management Office on a Federal IT project. My Duties Include
- Developing cost estimates for customer agencies to purchase and implement the client's various products and services.
- Preparing expense reports, tracking projected against actual costs.
- Reconciling customer agency funds provided versus actual expenses.
- Assisting in evaluation of software integration, network hosting, and help desk cost proposals.
- Accounting for and tracking all depreciation of IT equipment.
- Providing support in defining scope through statements of work, completing contractual documents, and creating Interagency Agreements
- Coordinating billing and recognition of revenue against customer funding agreements.
- Calculating "Return on Investment" and other financial metrics for new or proposed programmatic services.
- Using an Oracle based enterprise financial database to reconcile actuals to excel records.
