Promoted to manager after two months as a standard sound engineer. Handled an equipment budget of $10,000+ a year (both recommendations and actual purchasing), and shared hiring responsibilities. Primarily served as on-call sound technician for every large event staged at the College. If not directly working an event, always on standby in the event of any technical difficulties or emergencies.
