perfection alloys ltd

I new perfection alloys through the pervious employer which help me get a job as they new my skills and new I would be an asset to there company, since being at perfection I have learnt how to spray paint using solvent and water based paints and also how to powder coat. I gained a fork truck silence here and I can also remove and refit tyres. perfection has around 20 mobile vans that do mobile alloy wheel repairs, I myself am based ate the main unit were we carry out fully refurbished alloys, this process involves removing tyres, checking of cracks and flat spots, acid dipping and shot blasting then either wet paint or powder coating to the required finish. I am the manager of the shop floor and over see all the refurbs in process. I myself can carry out all types of refurbs from special effects to 2/3 tone colours and also customized paint jobs. Since being at perfection I have learnt an awful lot including customer relations, small amounts of bodywork and mechanical work, problem solving and most of all the meaning of hard work. I am not afraid of putting the hours in were necessary and will always be willing to learn new skills.

belton metal finishings

Belmont metal finishing’s employed me once I had left school as a bit of a all round helper doing what ever jobs were necessary, in the time I was there I learnt how to shot blast/ bead blast, do small amounts of paint work and mechanical work. At Belmont metal finishing’s the main source of work was refurbishing alloy wheel, so most of my time was spent blasting and preparing wheels for paint, along side alloy wheels we did motorbike and push bike frames, small alloy castings and various car parts. The time I had spent there I had learnt many skills but felt that I wasn’t being used to my full ability and felt I needed to move on and show what I would do.
