  • I designed and built databases to simplify my work in inventory control and  to consolidate weekly information into monthly reports using Microsoft Access.

Used for Inventory Analysis and Usage of raw material.  Created reports to create material orders and forecast.  Used to transfer data from APICS system into MS Access.

MS Access Database

Designed database using MS Access to forecast material usage, to summarize component invoice into delivery reports and labels with storage locations based on warehouse arrival date for FIFO order usage.  Created cross-tab queries from multiple tables/spreadsheets for multlple components of finished parts based on forecast date of finished goods.  Linked/downloaded spreadsheets with Access. Designed queries using multiple tables for reports and labels.
