Developed key company strategic policies for use of RF equipment as well as all new wireless applications.  Lead RF developer for Sprint's first Push-to-Talk application Ready Link, and created universal RF integration criteria for Mobile Virtual Network Operators.

  • Executed executive initiated projects under compressed schedules: Development of indoor pico repeater and RF network coverage enhancement solutions
  • Authored six patent filings for CDMA & PTT design features; two patents awarded.
